Megan E. Deacon-Casey, M.D.

Vascular Interventional Specialist

Dr. Deacon-Casey has been practicing in Jacksonville, Florida since 2003. She earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She went on to complete an internship at Nashville General Hospital and a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida. She completed fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Florida/Shands, Jacksonville. Dr. Deacon-Casey is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in both Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Deacon-Casey’s passion and interests include comprehensive vein care, women’s health, AV dialysis intervention, and male infertility. She has extensive experience with treatment and vascular diagnosis in patients with uterine fibroids and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome.

Dr. Deacon-Casey was the Chief of Interventional Radiology at St. Vincent’s Healthcare, Southside Campus for many years before co-founding Duval Vascular Center.

Dr. Deacon-Casey is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has over ten years of experience. Her professional memberships include the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Society of Interventional Radiology and American College of Phlebology.

Paul L. Vitulli, D.O.

Vascular Interventional Specialist

Dr. Vitulli completed his medical training and diagnostic radiology residency in New York. He completed his fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Stony Brook University Hospital in 2003. He is CAQ certified.

Dr. Vitulli has spent many years in New York and Florida providing quality care for patients requiring imaging-guided biopsy, vascular access and various forms of endovascular therapy. Special interests include early diagnosis, as well as providing minimally invasive treatments for cancer patients. He is also passionate about offering non-surgical treatment options for musculoskeletal ailments that allow patients to maintain a healthy, physically active lifestyle.

Dr. Vitulli provided care for patients in a hospital setting at St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, Flagler Hospital in St Augustine, as well as Florida Hospital in Tampa before co-founding Duval Vascular Center.
